United Kingdom:
Orders are shipped free of charge from£75. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of £7.50 applies.
UK VAT & Customs Information:
Due to UK tax regulations, the way VAT is handled depends on your net order value (excluding tax):
Orders up to £135: We collect 20% UK VAT at checkout. Your order will be delivered directly to your door with no extra fees to pay.
Orders over £135: We do not charge VAT at checkout. Instead, your order is shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means 20% UK Import VAT will be collected by the courier (e.g., DHL) before delivery.
Worldwide:
For deliveries to other international destinations, a fee of approximately 25-45 USD is charged depending on weight and is only possible for orders of 99 USD and up.
Delivery Times & Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched every business day. Delivery times depend on the destination:
Ireland: normally delivered within 3 business days
United Kingdom: usually delivered within 2–4 business days
European Union: usually delivered within 1–4 business days
Rest of world: usually delivered in 1-2 weeks
During checkout, the estimated delivery date is displayed based on your location.
With over 3,000 items in stock at our central EU warehouse, we can dispatch most propellers, hub kits, and mounting materials immediately. Stock availability is shown on every product page.
Orders placed before 23:00 (and in stock) are usually dispatched the next business day.
Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer around public holidays or during peak periods at the courier2
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped with DHL or an equivalent international courier service. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
By default, shipments are sent to the billing address. If needed, you can enter a different delivery address during checkout.
If You Are Not At Home
If the courier cannot deliver your package, it will usually be left at a nearby pickup point or occasionally with a neighbour. All details can be found in the tracking information.
Delayed or Missing Shipment
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check:
the tracking updates, including any new delivery notifications
whether the parcel has been left at a pickup point or with a neighbour
If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist and, if needed, open an investigation with the courier.
Damaged Parcel or Product
If your parcel arrives damaged or the product shows signs of damage:
Please take photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and any visible product damage.
Contact our customer service with your order number and the photos.
We will arrange an appropriate solution so you can get back on the water as soon as possible with the right matching propeller.
