If the propeller does not fit because of incorrect information on our website, you can exchange it free of charge for the correct model.
Please contact us first. We will help you determine the correct fit and will send the correct propeller at no additional cost.
Returns within 30 days
You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise agreed.
Please always contact us before returning an item using the contact form. You can also request your return directly from your account page in the shop.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.
We will refund the full order amount within 14 days of your return request, provided we have received the product in good condition.
Return shipping costs to our warehouse are at your own expense.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories. A propeller that has been used on the water, or shows clear installation marks (such as grease, scratches or damage), is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Please see the exchange conditions below.

3. You are not satisfied with the performance and want to exchange the propeller for a different pitch
– Light signs of use: 50% refund
– Clear signs of use: 0–25% refund
– Return shipping costs are at your expense
4. The propeller is unused, but you want to withdraw from the purchase
– Propeller and packaging complete and as new
– You make use of your right of withdrawal
– Full refund

5. Returning a used propeller without making a new purchase

Damaged parcel or product
Has your parcel arrived damaged, or does the product show a defect?
Please take photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged area. Send these together with your order number to our customer service. We will find a suitable solution as quickly as possible so that you can get back on the water with the right propeller.
Complaints
We recommend submitting complaints to us first via the contact form.
If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation to Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
For consumers within the EU, it is also possible to submit a complaint via the European Commission’s ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the ODR platform.
Warranty
All products come with a 2-year legal warranty.
Damage resulting from normal wear, improper use, or incorrect installation is not covered.
